For safe but effective insect control try Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Pure-Castille Soap. We make our own using the recipe below mixed in a 32 ounce spray bottle. Offers great control for spider mites, aphids, mealy bugs, scale and many other insects. Highly recommended by Glen Decker of Piping Rock Orchids.
Our "Recipe":
We mix three tablespoons of soap and 3/4 cup of Isopropyl Alcohol into a one quart spray bottle. Fill the remainder of the bottle with water and shake well before using. Spray on sight whenever insects are found. Best used on cloudy days.

Water, Organic Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Organic Olive Oil, Mentha Arvansis, Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Peppermint Oil, Citric Acid, Tocopherol.
