Two specially-engineered, plant-spectrum compact fluorescent tubes bathe plants in just the right light for growing.  As plants mature, you can adjust the height in increments from 16" to 23".  The high quality solid-state ballast will not flicker or buzz. A clear PVC liner makes the unit water-tight and prevents leaks.  Component parts are UL approved.  The Herb PlantLight Garden measures 29" long by 8.5" wide.
