Unfortunately the other colors have been discontinued so these are now only available in white. They are "plain" - they do not have any lines or anything else pre-printed on them. These labels have a matte finish which makes them easy to write on.
We've been using them for many years and find these to be very long lasting in our greenhouse. A number 2 pencil is long lasting and is all that is needed to record your information.
